Actress Andi Eigenmann said she doesn’t care that her former boyfriend Albie Casiño has found a new romance.
“OK, good for him. Actually I don’t know how to say pero I don’t care. I don’t know how can I say it na hindi iisipin ng tao na bitter ako or hindi pa ako nakaka-move on,” Eigenmann told reporters on Thursday afternoon after a press conference of her newest series “Kahit Puso’y Masugatan,” which will start airing on Monday, July 9,.
“I moved on, I have a boyfriend after him na. Why would I be with someone else if I’m still in love with him?” she said.
Eigenmann previously admitted that she’s going out with Jake Estrada, the son of former president Joseph Estrada.
“Jake is in London, he’s studying but he never failed to get in touch,” she said.
But Eigenmann clarified, that she’s single now. “I don’t have a boyfriend. I’m single but I still get to talk to him and we still tell each other things,” she said.
New inspiration
In the interview, Eigenmann said her baby Adrianna Gabrielle serves as her inspiration in doing her newest TV show.
According to Eigenmann, people have been telling her that she has really improved as an actress.
“I mean I can’t say it for myself but other people compliment me, saying that may pinaghuhugutan ang acting ko at mas humusay daw ako. According to other people na kahit di ganoon kabigat ang eksena ay nararamdaman pa din nila,” she said.
“After every rain comes a rainbow. Marami na po akong beses na nasaktan at mga bagay na hindi maganda sa buhay ko pero tignan niyo ngayon I got better opportunities,” Eigenmann said.
Asked if she will be willing to let Casiño see her daughter, Eigenmann replied: “Well, first of all, I don’t think that will ever happen. Pero if ever mangyari ‘yon, of course, I’d love that. I will be happy kung mangyari ‘yon to my daughter. My daughter need sto know the truth. I’m not gonna lie, mas magiging masaya para at least mababawasan ‘yung posibilidad na masaktan ang anak ko kung ano ang nangyari.”
