Actress Andi Eigenmann seems happier these days.

Despite being hounded by intrigues during the early stages of her pregnancy, Eigenmann’s relationship with Jake Ejercito, the son of former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada, has stayed strong.

In her official account on micro-blogging site Twitter, Eigenmann shared images showing her with Ejercito, as well as with her baby Adrianna Gabrielle, her baby daughter with actor Albie Casino.

The 22-year-old actress’ tweets have been viewed as hints of her continuing relationship with Ejercito, who had earlier been rumored to be the father of Eigenmann’s baby Ellie.

This was later denied by the actress herself, followed by confirmation early this year that she continues to “date” Jake.

Optimistic Andi

In an interview with the magazine Smart Parenting, Eigenmann credited her family and close friends for keeping her optimistic amid the challenges in her personal life.

“I believe it’s because of the people around me — those who are close to me, my parents, and my friends. They support me and they never forget to shower me with love,” she told Smart Parenting in its August 2012 issue.

“I know that no matter what, I won’t have to take on everything alone because I am loved. That’s why I have this kind of optimism in me. There’s no reason for me to feel that life is miserable. A lot of people love me. A lot of people believe in me,” she added.

Eigenmann’s optimism in life seems well-founded based on her successful showbiz comeback after her pregnancy.

Aside from topbilling ABS-CBN’s drama series “Kahit Puso’y Masugatan,” Eigenmann is set to star with actress Anne Curtis and actor Derek Ramsay in the upcoming film “Nothing Compares to You.”
