Retired Judge of Republic of the Philippines and Outgoing Charter King Lion, Cesar Bada successfully established the Filipino Lions Club of Las Vegas, Nevada, United States since 2010.

In his farewell speech he owed all of this successful Leadership to his Mentor, businessman, entrepreneur and Former Agila King Lion Ernie Guiao.

He also thanked all members and his successor, businessman and Retired Philippine Marines and 2012 King Lion, Tom Tagacay.

The installation of the succeeding King Lion and the other officers took place at the Fraternal Order of Eagles Clubhouse, located in 1601 East Washington Street, Las Vegas, Nevada.
