Brigadier General Arnulfo Marcos on Tuesday step down as officer in charge of the 5th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army(5ID-PA.

Marcos relinquished his post,which he assumed only two weeks ago, when Camp Aguinaldo ordered the designation of Major General Joel P. Ibanez as full-fledged commanding general of 5ID army camp.

In a simple turn-over ceremony, Lieutenant General Emmanuel Bautista, army commanding general, led the turn over ceremony on Tuesday held at the 5ID grandstand and attended by military officials from the division’s area of operations.

Ibanez is the training and doctrine commander before he was assigned as commanding general of the division.
