President Aquino distributes handballers to the people of Moncada, Tarlac

President Benigno S. Aquino III is surrounded by the people of Moncada, Tarlac as he distributes handballers immediately after delivering his speech during the launching of Hardin Ng Lunas Project in the province on Friday (Oct. 12, 2012). Hardin ng Lunas is a project of Dr. Isa Cojuangco Suntay to help the people of Tarlac in their medicinal needs as the Hardin produces medicinal plants.
